Notably, St. Charles was a bowhunting pioneer in North America, designing broadheads and other equipment, building bows, and largely popularizing the sport in America. He helped form the Pope and Young Club and was a close friend of Fred Bear and other famed North American archers, particularly hunters of big game. The book is profusely illustrated with B&W photos, diagrams, and more, including a series of color images at the rear. DJ with minor shelf wear only.
