Includes an original hand-signed etching by Bishop. Bound in pigskin and in brown cloth slipcase. Case with some relatively minor wear, including some chipping at upper insertion edge. Slight discoloration at spine, with light rubbing at ends. Internally, very light browning at edges of EPs, else crisp, clean, and bright. Fine overall in VG case. The book is exactly as pictured.
