The Wind on Your Cheek – William Schaldach – 1972. A first edition, limited to 200 copies, this number 109 (Freshet Press). Signed by the author. With an original pencil-signed etching titled “Evening on the River” as the frontis, as well as B&W drawings and two color plates. Tales from the exploits of a sporting artist, with chapters on trout, woodcock, grouse, and more. Half tan leather with gilt spine title, tan linen covers, tan fully illustrated endpapers, top edge gilt, and matching tan linen slipcase.
