Tirrell Pond – Henry Abbott – 1928. This privately printed gem is part of the Birch Bark series from the author–1 of 19 titles centered around hunting, fishing, and outdoor endeavors in the Adirondacks of New York. These were Christmas gift books Abbott for limited distribution to family and friends. With tipped in B&W plates and a fold-out map at rear. Paper HC boards with a distinct birch bark printed pattern. Minor shelf wear. Board cracking at lower rear hinge. Internally, some light acid staining to EPs, but else quite clean and bright.
