This one-of-a-kind journal from Weeks spans trips to multiple locations (e.g., Ireland) over two years (1956-1957) to salmon fish, but the majority of the trips are to the Miramichi. Interestingly, some of the wording used in the journal is highly similar to that in his 1963 article in the Atlantic and in his later book on the Miramichi. Twenty-two pages of text plus intro page, with a high word count per page. Details of fishing reports, flies, people, places, and more.
