Charles Sheldon’s Wilderness Hunting Set from Amwell Press – Signed Limited Edition

Set of 4 wilderness hunting books from Charles Sheldon, published by the Amwell Press as part of their limited edition High Country Heritage series. All in slip cases, with the first three in one case, as shown. Includes The Wilderness of the Upper Yukon (1983), The Wilderness of the North Pacific Coast Islands (1983), The Wilderness of Denali (1983), and Exploring for Wild Sheep in British Columbia in 1931 and 1932 (1981). The first three have light blue silk EPs, gilt page edges, leather wrapped covers, gilt lettering and accents, a silk page marker, and other high-end finishes. Each no. 132 and signed by William Sheldon and Jim Rikhoff. The fourth has yellow silk EPs and similar design features. It is no. 909 and also signed by Sheldon and Rikhoff. Books 1-3 are near fine, with the most notable issue being rubbing at base of spine. Otherwise, nearly perfect, with some wear to case. Book 4 is fine in near fine case, with some fading to case.
