Chubb Importer and Manufacturer of Fishing Tackle, Rods, Reels, Ferrules, Etc.’ catalog. With it is a hand-written, signed letter from the great grandson of Thomas Chubb, lending some provenance and background info to the catalog. Also included are a photo of the T.H. Chubb house in Framingham, MA, and the T.H. Chubb factory (1989), as well as an official check (blank) from the Thomas H. Chubb company, with illustrated trout and fly. A one-of-a-kind package. Catalog in soft cover with map rip to front. Rear cover absent due to bifurcation at spine. Bound with string, as was customary for their early publications.
